Congratulations to BGS&A attorney and New York native, Susan Eisner for winning in N.Y. appellate court for the Motor Vehicle Indemnification Corporation (MVAIC)! Thanks to the hard work of our team, she was able to get a complaint dismissed after proving that the plaintiff was not entitled to benefits from MVAIC.
Since 1958, MVAIC has been a non-profit organization, providing No-Fault and Bodily Injury coverage to those claimants that are eligible for benefits.
Eisner, who works in the Melville office, has a wide range of experience in the appeals division of state courts including drafting legal briefs and memoranda of law and engaging in motion practice, oral argument and all aspects of appellate advocacy.
