Michael Mignano

Michael Mignano joined the legal profession after a diverse career in financial services and has since developed broad experience in personal injury, general liability, real estate, and insurance defense. He currently serves as an associate attorney in the Morristown, NJ office of Bruno, Gerbino, Soriano & Aitken, LLP.

Licensed in New Jersey, Mr. Mignano brings a wealth of litigation experience from both plaintiff and defense perspectives. His background includes handling hundreds of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, conducting depositions, EUOs, and court appearances across New Jersey. His prior roles also include landlord/tenant litigation, commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, municipal court representation, and FINRA matters involving securities law. Before entering law full-time, Mr. Mignano held senior financial roles including Vice President of Foreign Trading at Knight Trading Group and led compliance projects for firms like Goldman Sachs and Lowenstein Sandler.

Mr. Mignano earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2007 while working in the financial sector, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from John Jay College.

Mr. Mignano was a 4-year Varsity Baseball player at John Jay and was captain of the team in his senior year. He is also a member of the John Jay College athletic Hall of Fame.
