Mr. Towell's journey in law began with his graduation from Georgetown University in 1989, where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration. His academic pursuits led him to Fordham Law School, culminating in a Juris Doctor degree in 1996. Following his graduation, he honed his legal skills as a law clerk to the Honorable Ross A. Anzaldi of the Superior Court in Union County, New Jersey.

Throughout his career, Mr. Towell has developed a comprehensive expertise in insurance defense, with a particular focus on automobile negligence, PIP (Personal Injury Protection), and UM/UIM (Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist) claims. His tenure at Hardin, Kundla, McKeon, Poletto & Polifroni saw him represent several insurance carriers in these matters, showcasing his ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.

Furthering his specialization, Mr. Towell was also associated with Gutterman, Markowitz & Klinger, where he predominantly worked on the defense of PIP claims and automobile negligence cases. His experience was further broadened at Methfessel & Werbel, where he represented numerous insurance carriers in defense of property, PIP, personal injury, and UM/UIM cases.
