Daniel S. Hunczak has been an integral part of the New Jersey legal community since his admission to the bar in 1995. With a strong foundation in economics and a notable career in commercial financial analysis, Mr. Hunczak brings a unique perspective to the practice of law.

After graduating from Rutgers University in 1987 with a degree in Economics, Mr. Hunczak honed his analytical skills at the Chatham Trust Company and Summit Bank as a commercial financial analyst. His journey in law began at Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, where he received his law degree in 1994.

Mr. Hunczak’s legal career is marked by distinguished service, including his role as law clerk to the Honorable Christine L. Miniman in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. He also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Kenneth C. McKenzie in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. His professional experience includes a significant tenure at the Law Offices of Gold & Albanese.

Specializing in insurance defense and coverage issues, Mr. Hunczak has an impressive track record in combating insurance fraud. He represents numerous U.S. insurance carriers, including Allstate Insurance Company, New Jersey Skylands, Parkway Insurance Company, and Proformance Insurance Company. His expertise extends to personal injury, PIP/UM/UIM, negligence, and products liability cases.

Since July 1999, Mr. Hunczak has been leading the North Jersey litigation office in Morristown for Pringle Quinn Anzano, P.C., with a focus on healthcare fraud and staged automobile accidents. His recent move to Bruno Gerbino Soriano & Aitken as a partner underscores his continued commitment to legal excellence and client advocacy.
