Caitriona McCarthy Profile & Experience

 

Caitriona McCarthy has been a senior associate with Bruno, Gerbino, Soriano & Aitken, LLP since 2016. She first joined the firm in 2013.

 

She conducts Examinations Under Oath related to fraud investigations and handles No-Fault litigation from inception to trial. Ms. McCarthy also works on general liability defense matters ranging from auto negligence to slip and falls.

 

Ms. McCarthy was also recently enrolled by the firm in the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, the only national organization that meets the needs of professionals in the claims and litigation management industries.

 

Prior to joining BG&S, Ms. McCarthy volunteered at Nassau Suffolk Law Services, the first legal services corporation program in the state and one of the largest providers of free civil legal assistance in New York.

 

Ms. McCarthy was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012 after receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2011. While studying for a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Hofstra University, which she earned in 2008, Ms. McCarthy was a member of the Honors College and Dean’s List.
