Barbara Litcher-Butler Profile & Experience

 

Barbara Litcher-Butler has been an attorney at Bruno, Gerbino, Soriano & Aitken, LLP since January 2019. She brought with her more than 30 years of experience in insurance defense litigation from initial intake through settlement as well as an unwavering attitude that anything is possible.

 

Throughout Long Island, she has successfully argued personal injury defense cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and labor law. Her extensive experience also includes real estate law.

 

Prior to joining the BG&S legal team, Ms. Litcher-Butler gained eight years of experience specifically in no-fault law as an associate attorney for the law firm of Smith & Brink, PC, in Garden City, NY.

 

Ms. Litcher-Butler graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University, School of Law in 1986. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications in 1983 from Villanova University.

 

When she is not practicing law, Ms. Litcher-Butler enjoys golfing, boating and fishing with her husband, Mike who she met in law school. They have two sons.
