She brings over five years of experience as a legal researcher and clerk with emphasis on real estate and corporate law. Prior to joining BG&S, Ms. Adamczak worked for Daniels, Norelli, Scully & Cecere, P.C., where she facilitated motions and notices of trial under the supervision of an attorney and completed various legal research assignments for the firm partners.
Prior to this role, she was a legal intern at the Hofstra Law Community and Economic Development Clinic while finishing up the last year of her law degree. Ms. Adamczak was an active member of the law community while at Hofstra, having served as the managing editor of production for the Journal of International Business and Law. She was also the recipient of two scholarships, served as class president and secretary and participated in clubs like Hofstra Law Women, 3L Mentorship Program and the Public Justice Foundation.
Ms. Adamczak received a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2016, an M.A. in History from the City University of New York – Queens College in 2013, where she was awarded the Arnold Franco Prize for the best paper on historical revisionism, and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Politics from New York University in 2011.
In addition, Ms. Adamczak worked as a research assistant for Neil Parsoff & Associates, PC as well as the Law Office of Aaron Friedman where she learned how to access and complete Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) documentation.
