As a law student, Ms. Gallo gained experience interning for two judges–The Honorable Richard Hoffman; and The Honorable Marion Tinari. Additionally, she worked as a law clerk at two Long Island firms. She served as president of the Women’s Bar Association and received a CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Holocaust Law and Human Trafficking. She also received the Exemplary Contribution to the Quality of Student Life award, and the Barbara Mehrman Scholarship in 2015 from the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association, honoring a student who shared Ms. Mehrman’s passion and commitment to women’s rights.
Ms. Gallo received a Juris Doctor degree in 2015 from Touro College: Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She received a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from the State University of New York, Geneseo, where she served as vice president of Sigma Delta Tau Sorority.
